An Experienced Team
The Global Realty Partners team is led by Steve Coyle, the chief investment officer, who has 22 years of experience, and Dev Subhash, regional portfolio manager, with 11 years of experience. Over the past five years, Steve and Dev have conducted due diligence on the industry's top-quartile managers and have committed nearly $1.5 billion across more than 35 funds.

The team's investment process uses market research and analysis to create proprietary portfolios based on our long-term expectations for market conditions. Numerous meetings, detailed track record analysis, rigorous due diligence and careful manager selection are also key components of our investment approach.
The team then actively monitors the performance of the constituent managers, underlying funds and individual investments over the life of the portfolio. We also evaluate co-investment opportunities and manage cash requirements.
